To me, grown up in the 1980s instead the 1970s, that seems like a strange sentiment. Times had already changed mich.
We used to call it “spring feet”. After a couple of days of being barefoot, you would get your “summer feet”.
What a wise reply!
It’s a strange time we live in. I guess they must be jumping on gravel or something. It can be uncomfortable at first, but after a while your feet stop being coddled and it’s just like a massage.
