If you haven’t seen it yet, Ken Bob Saxton, of Barefoot Running, Step by Step has a new video out.
It’s called “Introduction to Barefoot Running 001: Moving Forward”.
One of the really important points he makes is related to our bodies:
We have really cool sensors in the bottoms of our feet. They’re right there every step of the way, especially if we are doing something wrong.

We have this whole research lab built into our body: the sensors in our feet, the computer up here, the activators, the muscles, and all that cool stuff. This should be a research project for you. You should be discovering something new.
Here’s the video:
The video has been put out there in anticipation of the Boston Barefoot Running Festival, on April 14th and 15th.
I run barefoot, an average of 21 miles a week, 11 or more barefoot. My time is an average of 45 seconds per mile faster without shoes than with.
