Having snow on Thursday evening really brought out the birds to my feeder. I also spread a fair bit of seed on the railing to my deck.
It seems that this year cardinals predominate.
In this shot you can see nothing but cardinals.
Deck the Cardinals
While I have been getting other birds, at one point I counted 14 cardinals, more or less—they kept flitting around, of course.

Eating Sunflower Seeds
Just outside the window I shot these from is a large and old Virginia Creeper vine, and I managed to photograph a pair sitting on it.
